Don't miss our Wine&Learn event where we have the honor to welcome Francesca Giulia Mereu who will talk about Personal Energy Management.
How often do you recharge the batteries of your phone or laptop?
Most likely, you charge them every day or at least you check them every day.
How often do you take the time to recharge your own batteries?
When Francesca Giulia Mereu asks this question to her coachees the answer is: ‘ Not very often, if at all. I am really busy.’
Managing your energy more effectively helps you be at your best more easily and more often, especially when pressure is high and time to recharge scarce.
The method Francesca Giulia Mereu developed, is a framework of ideas and techniques to address the 4 main dimensions of your energy:
1. Physical – your vitality overall health and well-being
2. Mental – your mental clarity and focus
3. Emotional – your ability to deal and to express your feelings
4. Spiritual – your core values and beliefs
Personal Energy Management is about taking action and moving from common knowledge to common practice...one small and easy step at a time.
Our session will be highly interactive with time for questions and interventions.
You will learn a simple framework to manage your energy more effectively and will try out various techniques. You will receive a handout with the key concepts and a structure to start your Energy Routine.
This session will be even more beneficial if – before the 19th- you observe:
-What drains your energy
-What recharges your energy
It may be any activity, idea, belief, habit, behavior -your own or somebody else’s- person, place, smell, food, sound.
