IPN Brainpower is a specialized Recruitment Agency that has been in British Columbia since 2010. Our company’s main focus is on technical recruiting throughout a number of industries that include (but not limited to) Manufacturing, IT, Renewable Energy and Gaming. We are currently looking for a Recruiter to support our team. You would be joining a young team where no idea goes unheard. Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Sourcing, identifying and screening suitable candidates for client job orders.

Making warm and cold calls to potential candidates with the goal of obtaining them for our clients.

Building a relationship and providing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Constantly following up with current and potential candidates.

May have to attend meetings with candidates and/or clients’.

Keeping up with the weekly administrative tasks which include, but not limited to:

- Posting new job orders on given job boards.

- Screening incoming resumes and forwarding them to the appropriate party.

- Inputting candidate resumes into the in-house ATS.

- Keeping track of candidates’ applications status

Skills and Education:

Must have a Business degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Marketing/Sales and/or any Engineering Degree.

Must be a highly self-motivated and organized worker.

Must have a “head-hunter” mentality.

Candidates must have worked in a team setting prior to this position.

Must show competent communication skills through:

- Email

- The phone

- And face-to-face

Candidates must be able to use Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Good time management skills

Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset
