As a representative of CHIMP’s Charitable Impact Strategies division, you are driven to establish and manage relationships with financial institutions and their advisors, as well as other professionals such as lawyers and accountants. You confidently and consistently promote CHIMP’s products and services while providing professional and detail oriented advisor support. Specifically, you will work closely with the Director, Giving Operations and Director, Charitable Investment Programs, in servicing our professional advisor clients, as well as the advisor's clients.
Collaborate with the Director, Charitable Investment Programs to execute on an annual business plan focused on the development and strengthening of long-term relationships with financial advisors and driving Charitable Investment Program sales results, utilizing a team-based approach.
Manage and nurture the full advisor/donor lifecycle (advisor onboarding, account opening, ongoing relationship management and support) while identifying opportunities to promote CHIMP’s services.
Support and educate financial advisors, and their teams, on the benefits of donor-advised funds and incorporating CHIMP’s Charitable Investment Accounts into their book of business.
Follow up on sales calls on a timely basis, identifying new sales opportunities and answering questions about CHIMP accounts.
Develop and nurture financial advisors, and their teams, in their understanding of CHIMP, responding to queries, solving problems and seeking feedback.
With a lens on risk mitigation and compliance, identify ways to improve our gift acceptance systems to ensure the smooth operation of the Giving Operations team.
Identify and champion opportunities to improve the user experience of the financial advisor, their team, and our donors.
3+ years’ experience in a client facing role, preferably in the wealth management or tax industry.
Must exhibit values of trust, accountability, and discretion.
Outstanding oral and written communications skills.
A strong aptitude for process and administration.
The ability to project manage and juggle multiple clients under demanding circumstances.
Relationship building skills, driven and proven record of meeting and exceeding goals.
Exceptional sales and customer service orientation.
