Our Bilingual Email Marketing Coordinator uses their expertise and creativity to integrate full HTML files or creative elements into our ESP to build and QA e-newsletters and trigger emails, online forms and landing pages.

Passionate about email marketing and its ability to drive measurable sales, you have advanced HTML skills, a fine eye for detail, and experience using Adobe CC and an enterprise ESP.  This is a key role on a team that has big goals and is moving quickly to achieve them.

Responsibilities

Email Deployment

   Set up and lead the deployment of highly dynamic and modular responsive email campaigns within expected timelines following our established process

   Work alongside the Production, CRM and Loyalty teams in offering guidance in building, versioning and testing emails effectively based on campaign requirements

   Set up complex dynamic automations: Lifecycle and event triggered emails

   Administer A/B testing

QA

   Test emails in multiple platforms and environments

   Ensure all QC checks have been administered for all email campaigns

   Proactively identify and resolve problems

   Send already QA test to stakeholders for proofing and approval

   Make necessary changes when needed

Data Work

   Import data, segments and filters based on requirements and provide data reports (data dumps and counts)

   Strong understanding how personalization and dynamic content is implemented (or ability to implement it)

   Build test lists based on program plan

   Pull post-campaign results and provide analysis

   Pull data and manipulate it responsibly and without error

Teamwork

   Maintains effective working relationship with the Production, Marketing and Ecommerce teams

   Fosters a positive work environment and assists co-workers and supervisors

   Contributes to managing overall costs by minimizing expenses and by finding improved and innovative methods to reduce costs

   Communicates regularly with co-workers and supervisors regarding common goals, significant events, and troubleshooting potential problems before productivity is effected

   Communicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences

   Discusses issues and problems with rest of team as need arises

   Work as a unit, QA each other’s work to ensure accuracy

Requirements

   Understanding of HTML and CSS (2+ years)

   Directly related experience managing and executing email marketing campaigns (2+ years)

   Proven experience deploying highly dynamic and modular emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud (ExactTarget) or similar enterprise level ESP/marketing automation tools: Adobe Campaign, Responsys, StrongView and/or Silverpop (2+ years)

   Strong understanding of Canada’s Anti-Spam regulation (CASL) (2+ years)

   Strong knowledge of best practices for email creative, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies, deliverability, etc. (2+ years)

   Proven experience and strong understanding of best practice in handling data responsibly (2+ years)

   Excellent communication skills (3+ years)

   Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills (3+ years)

   Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing deadlines and multiple priorities (3+ years)

   Positive, motivated attitude (3+ years)

   Experience with AMPscript is an asset

   Experience with ExactTarget API is an asset

   Experience with Automation Studio & Journey Builder is an asset

   Experience with other product offerings within the SFMC suite: SMS, social, landing pages, PI is an asset

   Fluent in French and English

Education

   Diploma in Web, Multi-media or Digital Marketing preferred

   Bachelor’s Degree in Web, Multi-media or Digital Marketing preferred
