The Equipment Services Representative (ESR) supports A&W restaurants, new and existing, by providing proactive customer service that includes estimating, procuring, expediting and problem resolution for décor, equipment and signage orders. Reporting to the Equipment Services Supervisor, the ESR works within a dynamic team in a fast paced environment where sound judgment and a calm demeanour are critical to service excellence. This exciting role involves developing and maintaining superb working relationships with restaurant operators, suppliers, and a wide range of internal departments, including Purchasing & Distribution, Design & Construction, Operations, Marketing, and Accounting. As A&W has a significant presence in the province of Quebec, there is a need for a fluently bilingual (French and English) person to join the team.
The candidate must be a curious self-starter with a passion for business and customer service. With a strong drive for results and exceptional interpersonal skills, the candidate must be a team player with high integrity and outstanding analytical skills. A flexible and effective multi-tasker who listens to understand, the candidate must maintain a calm and approachable manner in a busy, fast-paced environment and be resourceful in solving problems. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, writing, interpersonal, influencing, and computer skills, and have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate has completed an undergraduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration and has had at least 2 years of office experience in a dynamic setting. Fluency in English and French is a requirement for this role. Must have work permit for at least 2 years.
