We are looking for a quick witted, results-oriented, and super-smart Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to join us in a junior role.

Our Vision 7 office in Vancouver has an immediate opening for a Jr. IT Technician. Working with our regional and national Systems & Technology team, you will provide support to all systems and technology related requests and projects, including but not limited to, systems implementation and Mac & PC troubleshooting.
You will work alongside our Sr. Systems Integrator providing regional support for our Vancouver office
Manage all incoming technical request through our helpdesk ticketing system (computers, printers, mobile devices, networks etc.)
Be the first point of contact for all IT related issues (hardware, software and network) and escalate if needed
Diagnose issues with hardware, software, network, A/V boardrooms, printer and mobile phone issues
Lead new hire setup and new computer roll-outs
Manage and organize IT equipment
You have a minimum of 1+ years of related work experience or education (New grads welcome!)
Bilingual in English and French (mandatory)
You call yourself an ambi-computer geek (Mac & PC)
You are known for your customer service skills and can-do attitude.
You are a great communicator.
You love technology and have hands on experience with everything tech (smart phones, sound systems, tvs, printers, etc)
Experience working with Macs is preferred
Patience and persistence in resolving issues
CompTIA A+ Certificate (or similar) is preferred
