We are recruiting for a Call Centre Representative who will be coordinating appointments with insurance applicants for their medical telephone interviews. There is no telemarketing involved.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (oral and written)

Good keyboarding skills (min. 40 wpm)

Quick learner

Ability to work quickly

Call centre/customer service experience an asset

Fully bilingual (English-French) spoken and written an asset

Schedule: Full-Time, Tuesday to Friday, 12:30 pm to 9 pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm

Salary: $14.00/hr (+ Group benefits for full-time employment)

Location: Vancouver, BC
