Support a large University campus located in Burnaby focusing on implementing Sodexo programs, pricing and growth initiatives, analyzing data, supporting new sales/retention and supporting unit sales and satisfaction programs.

You will work closely with District/General Manager to develop strategies for growth and increasing sales for each unit in their area.  While deploying these initiatives they are working to also improve customer satisfaction, and promoting the Sodexo Brand.

Growth and Development:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing and or Business

2 years of experience in project management or related experience

Proven track record of increasing voluntary meal plan sales and/or sales dollars or sales volume and be able to provide examples of marketing strategies that were implemented.

1-2 years of food retail marketing experience - meal plan sales, pricing and menu board deployment, promotion deployment and execution, and visual merchandise upgrades that are current with market trends.

Dynamic communication skills – an ambassador for Sodexo to our customers.

Effective time management skills – able to prioritize, multi-task: managing multiple projects, relationships and account locations. You are ideally fluently bilingual English/French

Experience with customer satisfaction enhancements, - ability to analyze account customer satisfaction surveys and help identify action plans in response.

Background and success in implementing marketing into social media and websites.

Additional skills/competencies include: diversity awareness, team building/training, building strategic relations, market research, data and financial analysis for return on investments.

Experience and the ability to initiate goals within budgets, execute plans to meet deadlines, and work with others on processes while monitoring outcomes.

Plans support of rollouts and training of national marketing programs to support unit operations and new revenue streams.

Assists accounts with marketing initiatives such as surveys, harmonized promotions, national programs, and pricing.
