Le Cassis is a new French Patisserie & Cafe which will open in December 2018 in Downtown Vancouver. We are looking for a coffee shop supervisor with following Duties...


- One-two years of supervisory Guest Service experience in a food & beverage setting,

- Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide experiences guests are amazed by,

- Actively engage with guests, cultivating relationships and ensure guest satisfaction

- Respond to all incoming enquiries and provide information on our product line to all customers

- Strong oral English communication skills, multilingual is considered an asset,

- Assist customer with their orders, anticipating their needs, offering suggestions and answering questions

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task,

- Step in to support cashier roles with purchase transactions

- Assist with patisserie packaging, refreshing display products

- Assist with brewing coffee and tea

- Keep a clean and tidy environment, bus tables, interact with guests in the store

- Food Safe Level 1 is mandatory and Serving It Right certification is an asset,

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the store

- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

- Recruit staff and oversee staff training

- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance

- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices

- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers

- Performs other duties as assigned or directed by upper management
