We are currently searching for a Commercial Security Account Manager based in Vancouver.  

The Opportunity:

You will be responsible to create and maintain a climate, which allows the positive presentation of the Company’s products and services to existing and potential clients. You will be responsible to generate profitable revenues for the firm through the sale of the Company’s product and service offerings. You will also assist in the retention of clients by developing partner relationships with them and by providing professional and top quality service.

Key Responsibilities :

Prospecting, in an organized and diligent manner, active or potential clients, usually within a given territory or within a certain industry and/or product group, in order to introduce them to diversified product line

Visiting clients and clients sites, analyzing clients’ needs and proposing system solutions, which will respond to these needs, as well as performing equipment demonstration where required

Preparing sales proposals and deliver sales presentations, completing tenders and bids (including documentation and pricing) for specific products or services using assigned guidelines

Following-up on sales proposals in order to attempt to influence the decision-makers

Participating in responding to customer concerns, before and after installation, when required to demonstrate that is concerned with complete user satisfaction

Following-up with clients after an installation is completed in order to encourage a positive, and on-going relationship

Communicating all pertinent regional client information to the National Account Managers

Participating in sales meetings, product knowledge and job training sessions;

Recommending and participating in trade shows

Preparing sales plans forecasts

Preparing the paperwork required for the efficient processing of sales orders;

Producing required reports in a timely fashion

Developing marketing aids, such as mailers or others, to assist in the promotion and sale of Stanley Security Solutions products and services

Taking on any other responsibility or perform miscellaneous tasks as requested by management from time to time

Required Qualifications:

College diploma or University degree

Strong IT or specific vertical knowledge

Power history of sales success

1-2 years sales experience (business to business), ability to position value and solution sale

Highly motivated, professional and energetic

Excellent time management skills

Bilingual where required

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
