Lode.One is seeking an experienced, reliable and tasked oriented Executive Assistant for their office in Kelowna, BC

The role will require that the candidate work with the investor relations, social media/communications and administration departments and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinate communications within departments and respond to emails, as required;

Assist social media/communications department to execute strategies across all communication platforms;

Schedule meetings and appointments for team members;

Book travel, manage travel itineraries and assist to organize conference requirements for the team;

Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents;

Manage library of internal and external documents;

Uphold a strict level of confidentiality;

Develop and sustain a level of professionalism amongst team;

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 3 + years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting to senior management;

Advanced Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Mailchimp with the ability and desire to become familiar with other programs and software as required;

Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to multi-task;

Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills;

Fluency in both English and French languages a requirement;

Fluency in the Spanish language a definite asset;
