Seasonal contract until on or before February 1st, hourly, with an ability to work mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Your core responsibilities:

   Answer inbound calls and voicemails

   Answer live chat

   Answer social media questions (Facebook and Twitter)

   Respond to emails in a timely manner

   Process orders over the phone

   Process returns and exchanges

   Moderate reviews and questions that are posted to the Lush website

   Contact customers if we run into any issues with their order

You bring the following qualifications:


   Best-of-class customer service skills and the ability to resolve issues with a ‘customer first’ approach

   Strong oral and written communication skills with impeccable spelling and grammar in both French and English

   Ability to multitask

   Excellent computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and programs

   Open availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays

   Problem solving skills with the ability to think ‘outside of the box’

   Ability to work well in a team-based atmosphere

   Participate in contests and are motivated to exceed daily goals

   Friendly, energetic and outgoing

   Passionate about bath and beauty products

   Desire to deepen your understanding of skincare and haircare


   High School Diploma

   Previous Call Centre experience

   Previous retail sales experience (preferably in beauty or cosmetics)
