We are looking for a Game Designer Lead, who will be responsible for managing the performance of the team from beginning to end of the project.

The Game Designer Lead will be responsible for performance review and resolving any issues affecting the success of game design.

Job Duties:

The Lead Designer is responsible to drive implementation of project vision.

Inspire, motivate, and mentor other designers and developers in best practices, processes, and procedures pertaining to production.

Define and analyze key user metrics to improve game performance and health.

Conceptualize, design, and implement for new products and features.

Supporting Game Design Director in the creation and development of company’s game design.

Continually evaluate and iterate on live game features, events and economies to improve monetization and retention.

Stay updated with the current trends.

Providing continuous feedback through meetings with peers and leads.

Required Qualification:

Experience in balancing and tuning game economies and systems for live games.

5+ years of game design experience.

At least 3+ years of mobile game design experience.

Organized, analytical and a problem-solver.

Great leadership and project management skills.

Familiarity with data analysis and evaluation and able to make meaningful conclusions.

Exceptional communication and documentation skills.

Strong leadership skills

Able to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor and/or diploma in Art, Design, or equivalent work experience.
