Prepare all documents that relate to in-force group policy renewals
Ensure the accuracy of the information is reflected in the composition of each group and maintain strong attention to detail to guarantee renewal letters are accurate and professional.
Send all renewals to assigned advisors no less than 60 days prior to renewal
Resolve advisor inquiries by determining appropriate action for complex issues, both internally and externally with minimal management involvement.
Establish strong working relationships with internal & external partners.
Work closely with internal partners to provide seamless service to advisors on all renewal types.
Minimum of 1 year in the employee benefits industry
Proven oral & written communication skills
Basic product knowledge of all lines of group business
Excellent time management, organizational and problem resolution skills
Bilingual language skills.
