This role is key contact for the renewal activities including gathering and compiling data, liaising with advisors , and sales consultants and handling inquiries with high priority.

What will you do?

Prepare all documents that relate to in-force group policy renewals

Ensure the accuracy of the information is reflected in the composition of each group and maintain strong attention to detail to guarantee renewal letters are accurate and professional.

Send all renewals to assigned advisors no less than 60 days prior to renewal

Resolve advisor inquiries by determining appropriate action for complex issues, both internally and externally with minimal management involvement.

Establish strong working relationships with internal & external partners.

Work closely with internal partners to provide seamless service to advisors on all renewal types.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Minimum of 1 year in the employee benefits industry

Proven oral  & written communication skills

Basic product knowledge of all lines of group business

Excellent time management, organizational and problem resolution skills

Nice-to-have

Bilingual language skills.

Please Note: This is a 12 month contract postion.
