Who are we seeking to join our team?

The Comwave Group is seeking an experienced "Installation Coordinator" for its subsidiary company, Radiant Communications- Vancouver.

You will contribute to the team by performing the following:

Process submitted orders, vendor confirmations, change requests, and revisit requests

Maintain Onsite Install queues (queue should be cleaned out at least once a day)

Prepare reporting metrics for installations completed

Vendor Management for Canada and US

Mentoring/training: coordinators, onsite agents, vendors, technicians

Documenting the summaries from customer “needs assessment” inquires

Maintaining accurate installation scope of work, and updating all documentation as needed

Project Management: Installation projects

Site pre-qualification tasks

Coverage for multiple positions (vacations, workloads, etc)

What do you bring to the team?

Experience in working in a dispatch/technical support environment

Able to effectively communicate internally/externally with clients and anticipate issues where possible

Ability to prioritize, project manage and multitask

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and administrative skills; detail-oriented  

Problem solving and trouble shooting skills

Experience and genuine dedication to customer care/service

Positive, outgoing, optimistic personality

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)

General Internet knowledge and experience working in an ISP environment

Post-secondary education in a relevant degree or certificate program an asset

Nice to have:

2+ years’ work experience in installation of internet connectivity services

Bilingual (English/French)

Complex project coordination experience

Experience with vendor management

Scheduling and coordination experience
