The role of Issuer Services Specialist is a vital part of the Capital Formation Group. Serving existing listed issuers with their ongoing needs and acting as a first point of contact with TSX and TSXV. Reporting to the Global Head of Client Success, the Issuer Services Specialist will be responsible for supporting the relationships with TSX and TSXV listed issuers and prospects and marketing company services business solutions. They will work closely with and support the Regional Head of Company Services in executing strategies that enhance the client experience and increase satisfaction and retention.
Support the broader TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and TSX Trust business strategies
Work collaboratively to support the Business Development, Listings, and Marketing teams
Maintain and build an active network within the financial and legal advisory community
Conduct presentations, webinars, and demonstrations of TSX and Partner Products and Services
Host client events and support engagements at the TMX Broadcast Centre
Achieve assigned sales/retention targets and other financial objectives
Achieve activity metrics and CRM data input requirements
Respond to telephone and email enquiries from issuers
Post-secondary education, preferably a Bachelor of Commerce or MBA or equivalent experience
Completion of Canadian Securities Course
CFA is an asset
Strong client focus and communication/presentation skills
3-5 years of demonstrated relationship/account management experience
3-5 years of consultative selling experience, including financial products and services
Investor Relations / Public company experience is an asset
Familiar with Salesforce CRM or similar/equivalent sales tools
Bilingual (English/French) - verbal and written is an asset
