Understand the operational and technical function of the equipment being serviced and to provide the maintenance requirements that ensure it is operating safely, reliably and at its optimal performance.
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks, Trouble-shoot equipment problems, identify the parts requiring repair or replacement and perform the repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Build and maintain positive relationships with current and new clients.
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Some Heavy duty mechanic experience or diploma/certification
Recent graduates are welcome!
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to deal with and solve practical problems involving several concrete variables in standardized and non-standardized situations.
Technical degree or certification.
You will work 4 days a week (10 hours per day)
