The manufacturing engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes by applying best practices.


• Develop and implement best practices for manufacturing processes

• Plan work flow and equipment layout to improve efficiency

• Calculate production, labor and material costs

• Design and select tooling and jigs

• Review production schedule

• Ensure compliance with government regulations

• Coordinate maintenance of the equipment


• Possess 5-plus years experience in heavy industrial or electro-mechanical  manufacturing

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering

• Strong modeling experience, ideally Inventor

• Experience with Lean & Six Sigma

• Experience with PFD, PFMEA and Control Plan

• Demonstrated experience in process design and continuous improvement

• Tooling design experience

• Excellent communication skills
