BroadbandTV is seeking a permanent, full-time Partner Experience Representative to support our customers in English and French speaking markets. In this role, you will be assisting the YouTube content creators that have partnered with BBTV and help them towards success in the digital entertainment world. Your top priority will be to ensure that their experience with BBTV is smooth, positive and rewarding. You will provide support across multiple channels of communication, including, email/support ticketing and chat.
Our ideal candidate is a YouTube expert or enthusiast who is also a keen problem-solver, a quick learner and a collaborative individual with customer service experience
Provide support to our English and French speaking partners around issues with their BBTV partnership and/or YouTube accounts in a timely manner through our chat and service ticketing systems.
Manage partner accounts and records through our CRM system.
Engage with partner's questions and concerns with confidentiality and professionalism, and always representing BBTV’s brand positively.
Review partners’ YouTube accounts growth to provide the support they need for success.
Building a strong and lasting relationship between BBTV and our partnered YouTube content creators.
Contribute to the BBTV’s partner service initiatives when needed.
2+ years of experience in a customer service or account management environment
Post Secondary Education or equivalent work experience
Mastery of Office Suite (MS or Google)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Experience as an online video creator, mainly on YouTube
Strong passion for technology and online video
Strong understanding of video creation or project management
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Detail oriented focus and problem solving skills
Experience working with Zendesk or other customer service platforms preferred
Excellent time management abilities
Bilingual (English & French)
