The Price & Promotions Specialist will be working as part of the Plan Management team, primarily responsible for the implementation and maintenance of pricing and promotions in the Point-of-Sale (POS) and Retail systems.
The successful candidate will also interact with Purchasing and Finance departments and Carrier representatives to determine, develop, and support business process efficiencies and resolve inconsistencies or issues.
- Manages price, promotion, and plan updates within the Point of Sale system, ensuring compatibility, accuracy, and alignment with retail and financial reporting requirements
- Manages pricing and promotional changes through our website content management system (CMS) and price tag program
- Collaborates with Store Operators, Carriers and Finance to resolve store inquiries around business processes and system discrepancies
- Collaborates with Purchasing and Store Operators to develop and implement promotions
- Creates and socializes store supporting tools for retail operations (pricing, promotions, business processes - etc)
- Acts as a subject matter expert on Carrier programs and POS solutions.
