As a Product Specialist at Dexcom Canada, you will be responsible for inbound and outbound patient inquiries, support and product training for Dexcom products.
Tapping into your expertise, you become a subject matter expert on Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) which allows you to share that knowledge with patients, clinicians and team members. Your primary focus is first and foremost to ensure a high quality experience by appropriately engaging and connecting with each patient, a task you take great pride in performing.
Each day will offer you a variety of new challenges to tackle including:
Serve as first point-of-contact for OUS inbound calls and provide assistance with patient support inquires
Provide product training and specific instructions
Training of patients over the phone or SKYPE
Promote and maintain high-quality of customer support standards within the Patient Care department
Clearly documents all correspondence in the company database

Bilingual in English and French.
