Are you a project coordinator eager to join the rapidly growing, fast-paced data collection team to work with big clients in the speech recognition field and manage projects in Vancouver and overseas? If you are comfortable working with a lot of unknown factors and passionate about working with the latest technologies, you will love this role. At times, you may be working with vendors or managing your own team directly, and must be flexible to travel with short notice for approx. 2 to 4 weeks at a time. You need at least 2 years of experience in project coordination, event planning or administrative experience.
Assist the PM in planning logistics for executing a local or overseas speech data collection (voice recordings) or testing projects
Recruit and train project assistants or vendors
Research potential costs for projects to help the PM create RFPs
Create budget and timeline estimations
Track and report all project expenses
Recruit and schedule participants for data collection projects
Work closely with PM to compile and analyze project results
