Assist senior QA manager to manage Quality Assurance and Compliance programs.

We are excited to announce a a new position as Quality Assurance and Compliance Administrator, based in our Coquitlam Head Office and reporting to the Senior Quality Assurance Manager.
Assist senior QA manager to manage Quality Assurance and Compliance programs
Participate Preparation and presentation of monthly compliance KPI report to provide senior management with clear insight of testing and auditing activities .
Ensure documentation system for all compliance program is up to date
Develop and maintain compliance management system
Identify and escalate any potential non-compliance issues and provide supporting documentation and recommendation to Senior Management to establish and maintain strategy in compliance matter.
Ensure consistency in the compliance processes across all departments (where applicable). You will be communicating and coordinating with Senior management, Quality assurance team, Global Sourcing office, Category Managers.
Work with the Category manager, buyer by monitoring the permissiblity and recommending options for promotional activities
Review point of sale materials in accordance with Federal and Provincial regulations
Review labels and packaging in accordance with regulatory requirements
Update and maintain records of testing, auditing, and certification
Participate program evaluation and reporting.
Liaise with regulatory body and suppliers for facilitating the monitoring activities
3+ years of administration/coordination experience in a fast paced organization
Assertive, self-motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize in an ever-changing environment
Previous experience as a compliance admin considered an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Internet research
Enjoys efficiently and accurately filing, retrieving and indexing a wide variety of document
Detail orientated with the ability to record information in a neat, legible and accurate manner
Trustworthy, reliable team player
Post-secondary or BS degree
Bilingual of English and French speaking an asset
