The Sales Administrative Assistant is managing the company safety products sales and supporting the Sales team in the company’s services to our North & South American clients.

The Sales Administrative Assistant is managing the company safety products sales and supporting the Sales team in the company’s services to our North & South American clients.

You will be in charge for assisting some of the company’s existing distributor’s daily requests and orders as well as preparing and submitting customer quotations to new potential customers.

Responsibilities:

Handling orders from suppliers and clients

Follow the Company’s ERP Process, allowing autonomy in the sales process (Order Status and Stock and Prices Checking).

Updating and following up reports and databases of sales contacts for potential customers

Be the first contact for customers in specific regions

Act as mediator between the client and the company’s accounting dept and assist the AR Dept (to help/speed up collection efforts) where needed.

Support the company values to the employees and co-workers in a positive and motivational way.

Monitor authorized service stations spare parts sales based on certificate purchases

Assist with service station audit reporting and follow up of parts sales

Follow up of customer orders by collaborate with the shipping department

Requirements:

2 – 4 years of experience in a sales and/or administrative role

International trade experience is required

Spanish speaking is a plus

High level of organizational skills

Excellent knowledge of Office Word, Excel software skills

You have experienced working with MS Office and AS400 or Microsoft Based ERP system

Attention to detail is key

You can work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent language skills, verbally & written

You are a team player

You take initiative and you can work with little supervision
