The Development and Learning (D&L) Team at TELUS is passionate about guiding and implementing the learning, leadership, collaboration and career development needs of our team members both today and into the future. The D&L Team partners with the business to develop, implement, and support meaningful and sustainable learning strategies that enable all 25,000 team members to become their best selves. You will be in a pivotal role where you are engaged in the hands-on design, development and delivery of leadership development to engage and motivate learners. You are able to develop strong recommendations based on analytics and insight to ensure we are getting better every day. Your influential collaboration skills build effective relationships multiple stakeholders, to create world class experiences for our team members.
Lead key learning initiatives including managing project scope from concept through to successful execution
Create and maintain detailed project plans, identify and manage schedule and resource requirements, coordination of logistics for event planning, forecast and monitor project budgets, and integrate key learnings for continuous improvement
Prepare project reporting updates and ensure timely identification of project issues, risks and challenges
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts and key client stakeholder, create and maintain enterprise wide learning and development that supports business strategy and enables the attainment of business goals and objectives including: the design, development and delivery of leadership materials/curriculum, course outlines, facilitator and participant guides, exercise guides, job aids, show me videos, etc
Design innovative, creative and effective marketing to keep all team members connected, informed, and inspired about development opportunities at TELUS

Bilingual an asset
Experience in event planning/management
University degree in a related field (HR, adult learning, instructional design, etc.) or equivalent recognized certification/relevant experience
