Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions. Ideally, candidates will live in Vancouver or Calgary and will be familiar with the local business climate.

Primary Responsibilities:

Consistently exceed sales quotas

Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users

Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory

Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM products and services based on their technical needs


Minimum of 3 to 5 years HCM sales experience

Bilingual (English and French) communication and presentation skills

Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry

In depth understanding of strategic sales process

Travel Requirement: Up to 20%
