You will be responsible for supporting our client's service centers in delivering services to the customers and to effectively support them with their aftermarket needs.

Responsibilities:

Supporting all our service centers in delivering services to the customers.

Building relationships with our existing and new clients to effectively support them with their aftermarket needs.

Assisting with market feeds, pricing strategies including compiling and updating competitor pricing information.

Following company’s policies/procedures and completes all applicable quality records.

Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer issues.

Providing technical guidance and advice to improve quality and efficiency.

Processing quotations, credits, orders, warranty claims, non-conformance reports, and facilitates technical support and related aftermarket functions.

Participating in our training programs, PowerPoint presentations, marketing literature and newsletters.

Documents all service calls and reports daily.

Acts as a primary contact on all customer service calls, including the tracking and follow up of the status on all open calls to resolution, and the communication of status reports to the customer.

Required Skills:

Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication.

Experience in technical Sales/ support Excellent customer service skills.

Knowledge of entering the technical data.

Experience in Sales and marketing.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Excellent presentation skills to effectively share the information with customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Good in writing reports, procedure manuals and business correspondence.
