Our presentations will provide useful tips on job search, work-related issues, and Canadian culture. A specialist keynote speaker will give a presentation and facilitates a discussion with the audience.
It is also a time to brainstorm ideas, share experiences, and learn from each other. At the end of the event, people are encouraged to nurture their network in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Volunteers will be present at each event to answer your questions.

Tim Berman - President of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc.
Tim Berman is the President of Fluxwerx Illumination Inc., which he co-founded in 2011 and which became part of the Lumenpulse family in 2016. Mr. Berman combines solid business experience, technical and leadership abilities in this role, focusing on product innovation and development, with over 30 years of experience in the lighting industry. Prior to founding
Prior to his time at Philips, Mr. Berman was a member of the executive management team at Genlyte Group. Mr. Berman holds numerous patents in his name and co-founded two representative agencies in the lighting field based in British Columbia. He is a graduate of University of British Columbia’s faculty of commerce and business administration holding a diploma in Marketing and Sales Management. Mr. Berman was named one of Business in Vancouver’s “Forty under 40” in 2003.
